James Deakin | TEDxDiliman … at age 14 to migrate to Australia. He came back 12 years, became a DJ, drank a lot of beer; and eventually joined a group of guys to set up a car enthusiast magazine, which led to a gig hosting a TV show called Auto Extreme in 2002; and then a weekly column in the Philippine STAR’s motoring section. All these conspired to prepare him to deliver this surprisingly personal, revealing and inspirational talk about how to get people to give to charity.
